Wake up your body with a long warm-up sequence merging into sun salutations and a slow flow. These poses, along with guided pranayama will help prepare you for the day.

Introduction to salsa dancing with some added spice. We'll be learning some footwork and partner patterns.
All levels welcome. ​No partner required.

Dance Party Fitness @ PASSION The Adult Dance Studio

It's not a dance class, it's a party! In this class you will alternate between dance sections and short strength intervals, putting your muscle and cardio endurance to the test. Shaking and sweating to a FIRE playlist. Leave it all on the DANCY PARTY FITNESS floor!

Open to all levels and ages 18+. Sneakers recommended but not required.

Hudson River Walk

Stephen and Brian Browne will be leading a Hudson River Walk on Friday for anyone who would like to join. The group will meet at Long Dark Park Kayak Pavilion in Beacon NY at 2PM and will proceed on a mostly leisurely walk via the Klara Sauer Trail to Denning's Point. If the group is feeling extra ambitious, the walk will continue up to the Madame Brett Park waterfall.
